This research paper explores the range of solutions Public Development Banks (PDBs) are employing to foster business creation and support new businesses. The report is divided into three sections. The first examines different financial and non-financial solutions offered by PDBs to new businesses. The second identifies the needs of new businesses. Finally, the third section highlights the challenges faced by new ventures as well as the role PDBs play in filling market gaps to support business growth and creation.
