TMG welcomes a new Head of Operations

After close to two years at The Montreal Group, Juan Davila will be moving on to a new and exciting adventure by moving to Frankfurt, Germany with his family. We welcome William Polushin as our new Head of Operations!

Juan joined The Montreal Group (TMG) as Head of Operations in 2023. His tireless efforts have enabled TMG and its members to advance on key areas for the group, leading to deepening the sharing of best practices among members, the establishment of key partnerships that drive value to our members, as well as positioning TMG as the voice of SME-focused public development banks around the world. Some of Juan’s key achievements included the launch of a new website and members’ only area, the successful execution of two TMG Summits (Cartagena, Colombia and Sao Paulo, Brazil).

About William Polushin

Over the past 30 years, William has been on the “front lines” of international trade, working with enterprises – small, medium and large, and across industry – to compete and win in the global economy.  More recently, as Director of International Relations at BDC, William has developed a solid understanding of the SME finance international ecosystem and through this has even met some of TMG’s members and key partners already. William’s wealth of experience and skill will be an asset to TMG.
