Visit to the British Business Bank (BBB) during our CEO Gathering in London

After two years of virtual events, The Montreal Group finally arrives to London! For the first evening of our CEO Gathering, delegates from all over the world were welcomed and hosted at the British Business Bank by the CEO of the bank, Catherine Lewis La Torre. 

The visit focused on the BBB’s approach towards Sustainability, Inclusion & Digital Transformation. It was split up into three sessions, each presented by different speakers from the BBB. The first session focused on Sustainability and Transition to Net Zero (Shanika Amarasekara MBE, Rebecca Simon & Julia Groves), the second touched upon BBB’s approach to underrepresented groups and Female Entrepreneurship (Caroline English & Louise McCoy), and finally the third session consisted in a Q&A about BBB’s digital transformation (Geoff Whiteland & Marilena Ioannidou).
